Blister packs

If you're taking several medications at different times of day, keeping track is genuinely hard. We sort everything into a sealed pack organized by day and by time: Monday morning, Monday evening, and so on. You take what's in that compartment. Nothing to sort, nothing to second-guess.

Compounding

Sometimes the commercial version of a medication doesn't work for the person taking it. Compounding is preparing that medication specifically for you: a different strength, a different form, or without an ingredient you react to. Bring us the prescription and we'll confirm what's possible, quote you first, and tell you how long it will take. Most preparations are ready within a few days.

• The dose you need isn't manufactured
• You can't swallow tablets and need a liquid or a cream
• You're allergic or sensitive to a dye, preservative or filler
• A child won't take something that tastes the way it tastes
• A pet needs a dose and a flavour no human product provides
• The commercial product has been discontinued or is out of stock

Medication review (MedsCheck)

Medications accumulate. One doctor adds something, a specialist adds another, and nobody has looked at the whole list in years. Sit down with a pharmacist for twenty to thirty minutes and go through everything: prescriptions, over-the-counter products, vitamins and supplements. You leave with a clear printed list of what you take and why, plus notes for your doctor on anything worth revisiting. It is funded by the Ontario government, so there is no charge.

• An annual review is also available for people living with diabetes
• Bring everything you take in the original bottles, especially the supplements

Free local delivery

If getting here is difficult, no car, poor mobility, a bad week, we'll bring your medication to you at no charge. Blister packs come with the rest of your medication. Some conditions apply, so call and ask what's possible in your area.

We take back old medication

Expired or unused medication shouldn't go in the bin or down the drain. Bring it in and we'll dispose of it properly, free.
